In these classes students continue to follow the structered syllabus like the juniors but with greater content than that of the juniors.

In these classes with the maturer student, the technique is now turned into developing power through fine tuning of each aspect.

Empahsis still remains on developing respect, confidence and self esteem.

As with the juniors gradings are held regularly at the club with a minimum lesson number required between each grade as well as having demonstarted an ablity to perfom the technique within the class enviroment.

This is rewarded by a formal invitation to grade by the senior instructors.

The belt structure is the same as that of the juniors.
